Handmade
Built, sanded, assembled, and finished by hand—not pulled from a warehouse shelf.
OUR STORY
Built for real homes and everyday life.
LayneePine started with one simple idea: build useful furniture with the warmth and character you only get from something made by hand.
The shop grew from pieces I made for my daughter, Laynee, into a small woodworking brand focused on sturdy step stools, toy storage, tables, benches, shelves, and custom builds.
Every piece is built in Illinois and finished one at a time. Natural grain, knots, and small variations are part of the character of real wood—not defects.
Made to order
Many pieces are built after you order, so the finish and details can fit your home.
Made to be used
Simple farmhouse-inspired furniture designed for everyday family life.
Handmade in Illinois
LayneePine is a small woodworking business focused on practical, handcrafted wood furniture and home pieces. Each piece is built one at a time, with attention to the details that make handmade furniture feel different from mass-produced pieces.
Our shop currently offers made-to-order toy chests, step stools, coffee tables, and other rustic farmhouse-inspired pieces designed for everyday use.
Because we work with real wood and build each item individually, grain, knots, stain tone, and small handmade variations can differ from piece to piece. That natural character is part of what makes every LayneePine piece unique.
